This 250,000-square-foot, 287-unit apartment community includes two courtyards, a swimming pool, fire pits, grills and a boche ball court. It also features both a large and a small dog park. An 11,000-square-foot club house includes a large fitness room, club room, business center and community lounge that includes a library, conference space and a dining area.

ADG Blatt’s design for the building showcases an impressive four-story glass lobby with 40 color-changing pendant lights arranged as an iconic focal point above the entry. Additional exterior lighted insets illuminate the entire building at night with dramatic color. During the day, the lobby area leading into the club house and other amenity areas is flooded with natural daylight.

The modern exterior consists of brick, stucco and metal panels. A 123,000-square-foot attached parking garage allows enclosed, secure access to all one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residents can also enter the building through gated breezeway corridors, requiring key fobs for secure access.
