DIVERSION HUB
From the moment you approach this facility, its modern, welcoming architecture signals a departure from the institutional environments often associated with the justice system. Inside the nearly 36,000 sqare foot building has been designed for connection and support. Diversion HUB was established to serve as a connection between individuals affected by the justice system and the life they can achieve if given accesss to the proper resources. Those resources can span from providing skills training, to arranging temporary housing, to coordinating transportation to attend parole appointments, to connecting people to a community of others who understand them.
To aide in this, Diversion HUB’s building features dedicated client meeting rooms, classrooms, and commmunity meeting space to bring multiple resources under one roof. Abundant natural light, public art installations, and inviting interior spaces create an atmosphere focused on progress rather than punishment. Every element of the building reflects Diversion HUB’s mission to help individuals navigate challenges, access life-changing services, and build a stronger future, strengthening the Oklahoma City community as a whole.
Serving as project manager for the City of Oklahoma City, ADG Blatt acted as the connective force behind this impactful civic investment. By uniting stakeholders, facilitating productive collaboration, and managing the flow of information among the architect, bond management company, Arnall Family Foundation leadership, and City officials, the firm helped transform a complex vision into a coordinated reality. This ensured that critical decisions were supported by timely, accurate information, fostering trust among project partners and helping the team navigate challenges as they arose.
