After developing, building and managing student housing, Dwell’s owners saw a need for flexible, affordable and easy to maintain housing that wasn’t disconnected from the heart of a city. This need was greatest among their regular market niche: young adults who wanted to live in a community with others like them.

The new garden homes are similar to a duplex in that they have a shared drive and covered parking, as well as a covered front walkway. The homes share a front-yard garden, but have separate fenced yards in back. The single-story one-bedroom home is 730 square feet and the two-story, two-bedroom home 1,580 square feet.
