As the Norman Forward Program Manager, ADG Blatt is serving the City of Norman to help make sure that all projects come in on time and within budget. As part of the program, ADG Blatt was the acting owner’s representative for Norman Public Library East. We worked with all stakeholders including the City of Norman as the owner, the Pioneer Library System as the operator, the architect and the contractor during construction. ADG Blatt’s primary objectives were to oversee the City’s return on investment, make sure that the Metro Library System’s needs as a 21st-century library were met, and that library members who step through the doors of the new library are thrilled with the results. ADG Blatt’s ability to provide a responsive presence through every phase of this project has made it another successful project within the Norman Forward Program.
