Managing the journy of a Growing City.

ADG Blatt acts as program consultant for the City of Oklahoma City’s capital improvement program MAPS 4. As program consultants, we are proud to play a central role in guiding the implementation of MAPS 4.

MAPS 4 is funded through a temporary sales tax approved by voters in December 2019, aimed at enhancing our community through strategic investments in public infrastructure, community spaces, and economic development. The program covers a wide range of projects including parks, youth centers, senior wellness centers, transit enhancements, and more, with a total budget nearing $1.2 billion.

At ADG Blatt, we work closely with the City of Oklahoma City, citizen advisory board and stakeholders, meeting regularly to ensure transparent decision-making that aligns with community needs. Our responsibilities include overseeing project scopes, schedules, and budgets as outlined in the MAPS 4 Implementation Plan, adopted in September 2021.

With our expertise in program management and our commitment to quality execution, ADG Blatt is dedicated to realizing the full potential of MAPS 4. We are focused on creating a more vibrant and inclusive Oklahoma City for future generations.
