Project management keeping the momentum

The city of Midwest City hired ADG Blatt to fulfil the role as Program Managers for the city’s 2018 Midwest City Moving Forward program that is funded through General Obligation Bond.

The city hired ADG Blatt for program management services to support city leadership and staff in executing this important group of community enhancement projects. Midwest City voters approved six individual projects to facilitate improvements for parks and recreation, public safety and animal welfare. These projects include the Reed Baseball Complex, Multipurpose Athletic Complex, John Conrad Golf Course Renovation, Animal Service Center, WP Bill Atkinson Park (formally Town Center Park) and Fire Station 1 (headquarters) renovation.

ADG Blatt’s scope of services is organized into pre-design phase services, design phase services and construction phase services. ADG Blatt’s involvement across these three phases of work includes activities such as delivery method recommendations, budget review/development, RFQ/RFP development, consultant/CM/DB selection, consultant/CM/DB contract negotiation, construction document review, cost-estimate review and on-site construction observation.
