Midwest City Moving Forward

Animal Services Center

ADG Blatt served as  program manager for the Midwest City Moving Forward  Animal Service Center project. Our team has been instrumental in coordinating all aspects of this 8,500-square-foot facility, ensuring that it meets the community's needs and reflects modern, progressive design principles.

Located at the corner of E Reno Avenue and Woodside Drive, the new center includes three kennel rooms, two catteries, and support offices, all designed to maximize functionality and community access. ADG Blatt’s role as program manager involves meticulously managing the project's timeline, budget, and quality standards, ensuring that each phase of construction adheres to the highest standards.

Throughout the project's journey, which began in 2018 with the community's overwhelming support for a $2.5 million general obligation bond, ADG Blatt has facilitated seamless collaboration between key stakeholders, including city officials, architects, and engineers. Our team has worked closely with Selser Schaefer Architects and PEC Engineering to incorporate special architectural elements and advanced features such as spacious kennels, heated flooring, and indoor/outdoor visiting areas.

ADG Blatt is proud to contribute to a project that will serve Midwest City for decades to come, reflecting our commitment to excellence in project management and our dedication to supporting community-focused initiatives.
