Midwest City Moving Forward

Reed Baseball Complex

The Reed Baseball Complex renovation project, part of the Midwest City Go Bond initiative, is a comprehensive effort aimed at enhancing the facility to better serve the community's younger athletes and ensure year-round usability. With a budget of $1,648,000, the project includes several significant upgrades and improvements.

ADG Blatt, serving as the Program Manager, oversees the transformation of the complex, ensuring all elements of the renovation are executed efficiently and effectively. Key aspects of the project involve converting one of the large fields into four smaller fields tailored for younger players, installing synthetic infields to reduce maintenance costs and increase playability during inclement weather, and upgrading essential infrastructure such as backstops, fencing, netting, and the irrigation system. Additionally, the complex will see improvements in storm sewer systems and adherence to ADA compliance standards to enhance accessibility.
