Melanie Draper Promoted to Director of Program Management

This summer, Melanie Draper received the well-deserved promotion to Director of Program Management at ADG Blatt. Melanie first joined the firm and the program management team in 2018, after working on the landmark Devon Energy office project. She immediately jumped in, updating processes, and providing strategic insight for clients. Melanie has been an invaluable asset to both the program management team and the firm, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and a passion for driving results. Her expertise in program management and her commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to our continued success.

 

Melanie is a forward-thinking and highly accomplished project manager with a proven track record of motivating teams toward high performance and overcoming challenges. Notable projects under Melanie's leadership include the First Americans Museum, MAPS4, Oklahoma City Public Schools Facility Long Range Master Plan, and the Midwest City GO Bond Moving Forward. With a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design degree from the University of Oklahoma, as well as being a certified Project Management Professional, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge to her role and to the firm.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melanie is an active member of her community. She is a graduate of Leadership Midwest City Class of 2022 and actively serves at her church in various capacities. Additionally, she is lovingly devoted to her husband and daughter, and spends time with them traveling the world and faithfully attending all of her daughter’s volleyball games.
